Hang your battery or manual strapping tool from it: the balancer carries the weight and draws the tool back up after each use, so it stays above the pallet, ready for the next strap. On the frame below, a reel accepts PET or PP coils on 200, 280 or 406 mm cores. A brake prevents the coil from spinning freely once you stop pulling strap. A guide helps you feed the strap end under the pallet. A container (43 x 17 x 9.5 cm) holds seals and buckles within arm’s reach, and a holder on the frame takes a standard adhesive tape dispenser. Four solid wheels and a handle let you push the whole station to the next pallet.
Where the dispenser cart fits and where it does not
This cart is designed for PET and PP strap only. It will not take steel strap. It suits shipping departments, warehouse loading bays and production end-of-line stations where pallets are strapped repeatedly throughout the shift. Bear in mind that the column brings the overall height to 2.21 m, so check the clearance under racking or doorways where the cart will travel. If you only need to carry a coil and do not need a balancer arm, a simpler two-wheel dispenser may be enough.
