What strapping kits include and why they save procurement time

Every kit on this page groups a strapping tool, a strap coil and a wheeled dispenser cart under a single item number. Battery kits add a lithium-ion battery and charger. Manual kits add metal seals or clips. You receive components that are confirmed to fit each other, removing the chance of ordering a strap width the tool cannot accept or a coil that does not sit on the cart.

Without a kit you must select the tool, match a strap material and width to it, find compatible closures and pick a suitable cart. Getting any one of those wrong delays your setup. A strapping kit eliminates that step entirely.

Types of kits in this category

Battery kits for PP and PET strap

Most kits here pair a battery-powered strapping tool with a PP or PET coil. The tool tensions the strap and seals it by friction welding, so no metal seals are required. Key sets:

• GT-ONE PP kit: 10–16 mm strap, 14.4 V / 4.0 Ah Li-Ion battery, up to 2750 N tension, 2000 m PP coil, cart 65 × 48 × 110 cm.
• MB620 PET kit: 12–16 mm strap, up to 2500 N tension.
• NEO 9–16 mm kit: 14.4 V / 6000 mAh battery, includes 15.5 mm PP strap and dispenser cart.
• TES Plus kit: covers 16–19 mm PET/PP strap and ships with two batteries for longer shifts.
• TES PRO kit: 12–16 mm PET strap.
• NEO2 PET kit: 9–16 mm, friction-welds the joint without metal seals.

Pneumatic kit

The AIR19 kit is the pneumatic option. It covers 13–19 mm PET/PP strap and includes a 15.5 mm × 0.7 mm PET coil with a dispenser cart. A compressed-air supply on site is required.

Manual kits

Two PP kits use manual tensioners and metal seals:

• PPST13 kit: 12 mm × 0.8 mm PP strap, 2000 m, 1000 seals.
• PPST16 kit: 15.5 mm × 0.7 mm PP strap, 1800 m, 800 seals.

The CORD 13–19 mm kit uses composite textile strap. It includes a manual tool, two 600 m rolls of 16 mm strap and 1000 clips.

How to select the right kit

Strap material. PET and PP strap are both available across most width ranges. The manual PPST13 and PPST16 kits use PP strap with metal seals. Many battery kits come in separate PP and PET variants so you can select the material your loads require. The CORD kit uses composite textile strap with clips.

Width. Strapping kits in this category cover strap from 9 mm to 19 mm. The NEO and NEO2 kits accept strap from 9 mm. The TES Plus and AIR19 reach up to 19 mm.

Power source. Battery kits work without air lines or mains cables at the strapping location. The AIR19 is pneumatic and requires a compressed-air connection. Manual kits need no power source but demand more operator effort per strap.

Shift length. The TES Plus strapping kit ships with two batteries, so one charges while the other is in use.

Replacing consumables after the first coil

Each kit ships with one set of consumables. When the included coil runs out, reorder strap in the same width and thickness. Manual PP kits will also need replacement seals. The CORD kit needs 16 mm clips. Battery and pneumatic tools create a friction-weld joint and require no seals at any point.
